Is your jewellery real gold?
No, and we are upfront about that. We are a fashion accessories brand. Our pieces are made from stainless steel and gold-toned finishes, not gold or silver.
They are made to look elegant, hold their shine, and handle everyday wear.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day, and delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days from the day you order. During holidays and big promotions it can take a little longer.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp at +94 75 313 6095 within 7 days of delivery with your order details and the reason.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. We offer exchanges, not cash refunds.
Who pays for return delivery?
We do, if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you are exchanging for another reason, such as a change of mind or size, the return delivery cost is yours.
What does the 6-month warranty cover?
It covers colour protection. Our pieces are water and sweat resistant and made to keep their shine.
If the colour fades within 6 months under normal wear, message us on WhatsApp and we will help.
My parcel arrived damaged or something is missing. What do I do?
