What we collect
Your name, phone number and delivery address: the minimum needed to fulfil an order and reach you about it.
We do not store card numbers. Payment details, where applicable, are handled by the payment provider and never touch our servers.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, to answer your questions, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.
We message you about your order on WhatsApp or SMS. Anything beyond that is sent only if you ask for it, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the courier delivering your order, and our payment provider where you pay online. We do not sell, rent or trade your data. Ever.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, except where we are legally required to keep records of a sale.
